We provide warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period is 12 months or 1000 working hours, whichever comes first.
We supply standard diesel generator sets as well as clip‑on /under‑slung reefer container gensets, covering different power ratings for various working conditions.
We support 50Hz & 60Hz, common specs: 220‑240V, 380‑415V, 460V. Diesel reefer gensets are mainly 460V 60Hz for refrigerated containers. Custom voltage is acceptable.
Yes, OEM & ODM are available. We can print your brand logo, customize color, control panel and technical parameters according to your requirements.
One unit is acceptable for trial order. Larger orders will get more favorable unit price.
Yes. Whether within warranty or out of warranty, our team will help you troubleshoot problems and offer online technical support. Spare parts are available at cost price.
